1.1 myRemoteDay.com (“myRemoteDay”, the “Site”) is a platform that facilitates workday interaction, sharing and communication between individuals (“Users”).

1.2 These Terms of Service (“Terms”), govern your use of myRemoteDay, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website. By creating an account, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not access or use myRemoteDay.

1.3 By using myRemoteDay you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including emails and messages. You acknowledge and agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

1.4 We do not own Users’ profiles on myRemoteDay and views expressed by Users’ do not represent the views of myRemoteDay.

1.5 We reserve the right at any time and without notice to:

1.5.1 modify, suspend or terminate myRemoteDay;

1.5.2 restrict, limit, suspend or terminate your access to myRemoteDay;

1.5.3 delete any content you post on myRemoteDay if in our reasonable opinion it does

not comply with these Terms and/or applicable law;

1.5.4 monitor your use of myRemoteDay to verify compliance with these Terms and/or

any applicable law;

1.5.5 investigate any suspected or alleged misuse or unlawful use of myRemoteDay and

cooperate with law enforcement in such investigation;

1.5.6 disclose any information about your use of myRemoteDay with law enforcement

investigation of any suspected or alleged illegal activity, or in response to a lawful court order; or

1.5.7 change or redirect any username on our platform.

2.0 User Registration & Accounts

2.1 When selecting a username on the website you should choose an available username that represents yourself and does not intend to mislead. If myRemoteDay feels that the Handle does not represent you our accounts team reserves the right to change your username. This will happen in cases where a username is picked that represents another brand or person.

2.2 You agree not to disclose your password to any third party, and you are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use. You will be fully responsible for activities that relate to your account or your password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 You must not use your User account or allow it to be used in a way which may, in our opinion, cause damage to or impair the myRemoteDay service or our reputation, or infringe or violate any third party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2.4 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during account creation, and continue to maintain and update your details and any other information that you provide to us.

3.0 Prohibited Activities

3.1 You may not access myRemoteDay for any purpose other than managing your professional presence and accessibility, and communicating with your professional network. Specifically, but not comprehensively, you may not:

3.1.1 systematically or automatically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create

or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection compilation, database or directory without

written permission from us;

3.1.2 collect usernames or Users’ contact information for the purpose of unsolicited

communication;

3.1.3 attempt to impersonate another User or person;

3.1.4 use any information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse or harm another User

or person;

3.1.5 disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, myRemoteDay or User’s

experience of the Site.

4.0 Third Party Websites & Content

4.1 myRemoteDay may contain (or you may be sent via myRemoteDay) links to other websites or apps (“Third-Party Websites”).

Such Third-Party Websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness or completeness by myRemoteDay, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site.

Inclusion of, linking to or permitting the use or installation of Third-Party Websites does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave myRemoteDay and access the Third-Party Websites, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware that these Terms no longer govern.

You agree and acknowledge that we do not endorse the products or services offered on Third-Party Websites and you shall hold us harmless from any harm caused on Third-Party Websites.
